The Buckinghamshire County Council Petition

Buckinghamshire County Council submitted its petition to Parliament after working collaboratively with the affected district councils within the county to ensure wherever possible that their requests for mitigation are consistent and not conflicting.  Buckinghamshire County Council continues to work to resolve issues wherever possible prior to the Select Committee hearing petitions.  Where this is not possible, they will provide further evidence to substantiate the requests at the Select Committee stage.

The Hybrid Bill Select Committee made its first visit to Buckinghamshire in  January, 2015 to see a number of key issues at first hand.
